City Council Minutes 1956 02-06-56 February 6, 1956 The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois was held at the Village Hall of said Village on Monday February 62 1956 atd.7:30 o'clock P.M. , Finding present on the Roll Call were, Trustees Windett, Hughes , { Olsen, Olson, Randles and Schobert.and Clerk Merkel. Absent- President Kapelsky. President Kapelsky being absent, Trustee Hughes moved that Trustee Windett be ohosen to act as President Pro.Tem for this meeting. The motion was seconded by Trustee Randles and all Trustees present voting aye, Trustee Windett was elected Preside Pro. Tem. for this meeting. Roll Call- Ayes- Trustees Hughes, Olsen, Olson, Randles and Schobert Nayes- None Carried and so ordered. A Building Permit application from Paul Behrens zsaxzazd to erect a dwelling house, Madison and Adams Streets, was read. House to be erected according to all village Zoning Requirements. On motion by Trustee Hughes, seconded by Trustee Olsen that Paul Behrens be issued a Building Permit and that the Zoning Officer should issue this permit. Roll Call- Ayes- Trustees Hughes, Olsen, Olson, Randles and Schobert. Nayes- None Carried and so ordered. Recommendations of the Committee appointed to present proposed amendments to the Liquor Ordinance were discussed and upon motion by Trustee Olsen - seconded by Trustee Schobert it was moved that the Village Attorney be directed to draft an amended ordinan e incorporating the Recommendations of the Committee. Said Ordinano to be submitted to the Village Board for vote &the neat regular meeting the President and Board of Trustees. Roll Call- Ayes- Trustees Hughes, Olsen, Olson, Randles and Schobert.
