land Water Works was read, said resignation to be effective immediatel;
;and on motion by W. Olsen, seconded by Randles that said resignation
!be accepted.

The res gnation of James E. Price as Village Trustee was read,
,:said resiwna ion to be effective immediately, and on motion by
:!Trustee Ran les, seconded by Trustee L. Olson, that said resignation
be accepted.

President Kapelsky nominated James E . Price for Supt . of Streets

The appointment of James Price for Supt . of Streets and Alleys
was approved.
