(See ordinance record ) The following resolution was then read: BE IT RESOLVED, that hereafter it be the policy of the ;',Village of Yorkville with regard to the extension of water mains ( that all future extension; to the water mains is to be jointly , Inot necessarily equally , financed by the Village and the adjoining ',property owners where said improvements are to be made;said ',!Village and property owners to enter into a written aggrement whereby the extending is contracted for by means of competitive jibids , and the oost . is paid-for by the Village and the adjoining ;,property owners said respective share of the cost ,conditions and ',other terms to/detexmrned by the Village Board. be On motion by Y_ughes ,seconded by Olsen, that the foregoing resolution be passed and adopted.
