it would be silly to put in another water main in there- There
are already two mains. We eliminated curbing on Waiter because
of the cost. Wywrot is proposing an overlay on the curbing.

12. ) Additional Business
-Update on Riverfront Blocks - Contractor has asked for a few
more days. At a stop on number right now.
-Washington Street Drainage - Currently the rain water runs
down Main into a catch basin between Washington and Orange
streets and goes into a residents front lawn. The ncatch basi
does get the water because the topo is wrong. We
at this. Material cost to fix is $1,755. We would have to
remove and replace sidewalk. We need to look at this at the
and of the year. If we have funds left in operating accounts
then we should consider fixing. The resident is requesting a
resolution to his problem. The water ends up in the parking
lot behind cKeJvTrssaidtsomelwvrkoneedstto homeowners property
to get there.

Spang will get a video tape.
-Letter from Joe Moore - Moore received letter stating that we
needed more water storage- We run well four out because it has
less radium. Basic cross connection controls require
additional valve to keep backing up into water usage.
-Mulch Site - No update. J.T. is trying to get in touch with
the farmer for an agreement. We need about one acre of land.
We might need to pay a few hundred dollars, but we need to get
the farmer to agree. J.T. will check on cost to have an
outside contractor pick up and mulch_ Mulch will need to moved
around every few weeks.
-Update on Public Works Building - Building is almost done.
Garage doors has not been installed yet. Sowge nsXi would lileike
to see something done with the landscaping.
to get rid of any old equipment. We need to line everything up
with electrical_ J_T_ will get a bid from the concrete
contractor that does our sidewalks to do the floor in the new
building. J.T. will advertise the sweeper for sale.
