1 . TRUCK DEPOSIT
Don mention that there was a listing on the last bill list for
$5,000.00 to be used as deposit on new truck if one is purchased at the state auction.
2. DETENTION POND
Copy of the contract for the detention pond will be sent to IDOT for payment.
3. RICHARDSON-MUELLER
The Richardson-Mueller final bill has been omitted from the bill list. A suggestion was
made to make this an addendum so that when money is received from state the payment
can be released. The state's remaining portion is $48,000.00. We exceeded the contract
amount by $20,000.00, which can be taken from the engineering fee line item under
sewer maintenance.
4. STREET PROJECT
Waiting for weather to dry up to proceed with asphalt
South side regraveled except for Fox Road.
Don wanted to add Walter and Olson streets for overlay at an approximate cost of
$6,000.00. Don also wanted to add one block of Church, which is not on original list
(the portion of the street by the park). Estimate of $11,0000.00.
A suggestion was made to have done report to the council what are costs are at the present
time, before any additional work is done.
5. GAZEBO
Don feels the Gazebo is structurally sound.
t

Don has been given the feeling by the Army Corp of Engineers that the relocation could
be a long, drawn out project. Kenny will contact Tom Cross.
