OTHERS: TIME ADJOURNED:7:10 P.M.. Don Peck DISCUSSION: 1 . TRUCK DEPOSIT Don mention that there was a listing on the last bill list for $5,000.00 to be used as deposit on new truck if one is purchased at the state auction. 2. DETENTION POND Copy of the contract for the detention pond will be sent to IDOT for payment. 3. RICHARDSON-MUELLER The Richardson-Mueller final bill has been omitted from the bill list. A suggestion was made to make this an addendum so that when money is received from state the payment can be released. The state's remaining portion is $48,000.00. We exceeded the contract amount by $20,000.00, which can be taken from the engineering fee line item under sewer maintenance. 4. STREET PROJECT Waiting for weather to dry up to proceed with asphalt South side regraveled except for Fox Road. Don wanted to add Walter and Olson streets for overlay at an approximate cost of $6,000.00. Don also wanted to add one block of Church, which is not on original list (the portion of the street by the park). Estimate of $11,0000.00. A suggestion was made to have done report to the council what are costs are at the present time, before any additional work is done. 5. GAZEBO Don feels the Gazebo is structurally sound. t 6. HERREN WATER PROBLEM Draft letter giving the ok for them to time into water sewer-but this is not a city problem. 7. BURT CALLMER BILL Committee and mayor's consensus was to reimburse Burt Callmer $1 ,000.00. 8. GRAVEL ON ROADS AFTER RAIN J.T. was suppose to check all roads for gravel that had been washed down. 9. COM ED SUB STATION Don has been given the feeling by the Army Corp of Engineers that the relocation could be a long, drawn out project. Kenny will contact Tom Cross.
