OTHERS: TIME ADJOURNED: 7:10 P.M. Don Peck DISCUSSION: 1. ORANGE STREET Pipe has been delivered and the project will begin 8/10/93. 2. JACKSON STREET Sewer extension-city crews did at a cost of$140.00 for material and city labor. One line from manhole and capped. 3. COMPLAINT LOG Don has started a complaint log. 4. STREET PROJECT Aurora Blacktop is ready to start,asphalting streets on south side. There is a soft spot on State Street - eighty feet in length. (North of Washington) Have been able to used about 15%of the rock by the post office. Oswego Excavating will begin removing the rest of the streets on 8/12. The grading of the roads has been started. Did most of the north side-worked about four hours. 5. EASEMENTS The easements for Cannonball Trail project were sent to Dan Kramer on 8/9/93. 6. VAN EMMON STREET Don has done a sketch for alignment for street. Don feels he may have to cut 3 feet into sidewalk on south side. (It is nine feet wide now) Will have to put up a railing. 7. MILL STREET Rock rolling down the hill when it rains. Don will put asphalt on street when other roads are being done. 8. LIBRARY Landscaping half done. 9. CONCRETE WORK Bill for curbing Labor-15 hours x 3 x$28 $1,260.00 Material 732.00 Bill for Well #3 Labor-11 hours x 3 x$28 924.00 Material 488.00 Walk and retaining wall Labor $1,008.00 Material 305.00 Rehabing wall and guard rail-spent$5,736.00 so far with only one bracket to be Out in and some patching left. Approximately $200.00 to finish project. 10. WILSON DRIVEWAY The city crew will seal driveway. 11. DOWNTOWN STREETLIGHT Don will check with Reiminschneider to install street light downtwon. 12. HANDICAP PARKING PERMITS Lon will bring in old handicap parking permits and new handicap parking permits to committee.
