Resolution 2006-009 STATE OF ILLINOIS ) )ss COUNTY OF KENDALL ) RESOLUTION NO. 2006 - C l RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY/FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR Grande Reserve, Unit 13 WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has considered a Petition to approve the Preliminary /Final Plat of Subdivision for the Grande Reserve Subdivision, Unit 13; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has received a positive recommendation from the Plan Commission of the United City of Yorkville recommending approval of said Preliminary /Final Plat of Subdivision; and NOW THEREFORE, upon Motion duly made, seconded and approved by the majority of those members of the City Council voting, the following action is hereby taken by the City Council of the United City of Yorkville: 1.
