the Yorkville citizen.
Alderman Prochaska met with the Library Board last Wednesday to try to put
together a letter of agreement. This item will return to the next Administration

There was a concern about a 'Boil Order"for water. It seems that there was
some confusion with the information that was reported on the radio. The
procedure for the city employees is to knock door to door and explain to the
citizens the situation. If there is no answer, a note is left at the residence
explaining what must be done. There was a suggestion to also contact the
individual Ward Alderman, so that they are aware of the situation.
The latest printout from the county shows the city tax rate at 1.0059 per hundred.
There were some concerns with the project of a light at the dam. No contact has
been made with the contractor. The suggestion was made to contact Jerry
Knobloch at Unified Supply.
The entrance road leading into Greenbriar has been graded. They are grading
the road every night and it is beginning to settle.
