Both Mayor Johnson and Alderman Stafford plan to discuss the situation with Mr Naninga to see if there can be some form of compromise reached. The Council on the whole is anticipating a certain amount of cooperation from the persons involved with the purchasing of liquor licenses. (Department of Alcohol. and Substance Abuse) so that their employees would be made more aware of customer abuse and how to handle the situation, should it arise. It would not be mandatory, however, it was suggested that maybe there would be some form of an incentive to the business in compliance with the wishes of the council.
