1.)_ Tom Hugh, owner of the Pride station at Routes 47 & 71 asked the Council if there is
something that he or other nearby business owners could do to help with installation of sewer
and water lines to their properties. Although Council could not offer an immediate promises
it was stated that an evaluation of the time needed to complete the installation would be
available in about one month.
2.) Bob Parikh asked- if it would be possible for him to get some office/storage space at the
Beecher Center. Don Peck explained that there is a lack of space presently, but the City
is working on obtaining more space.
3.) Paul Marron of Systems Evaluation and Analysis Group, Inc., and Tim Foriter of Municipal
SnftwnrP, Tn(,- Pav�._e a presentation on the installation of IBM Computer systems in the City

Council that TCD will pick up "White" appliances (refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.) as
long as the CFCs have been removed.
5. ) Eran Klaus has asked the City to pay $7/month electricity charges on a light that will be
i nst a l l PCB nn thp west side of the county building, Mr. Fey suggested that this light will
h -nPfit the county more than the city and the county should pay for it.
Don Peck will relay this feeling to the county.

7.) Don Peck asked for a raise for the City e lQyees that are hired for su mer maintenance help.

8.) Mayor Kittoe expressed a concern that while there is railroad construction on•Rt. 47 it may
be difficult for "Meetballs" to receive their deliveries. Other complications that may
result from the construction were also discussed. Don Peck will look into these matters.
Ken Kittoe suggested installing temporary "No Parking" suns along Hydraulin and in front of

Don Peck assured Council that he will coordinate this.
9.) Mayor Kittoe asked to have the downtown area "sw=t" nn(7 (,leaned up hAz week.
Don Peck said it would be done no later than next Wednesday.

seem very willing to help.
12.) Don Peck suggested that the City follow the State's weed control policy - 5 days is all that
it allowed. Don Peck will bring this up at the next Council Meeting-

15.) Mike McCurdy has expressed` a concern regarding the black-topping on E. Washington St_ Don
Peck said that Aurora Blacktop is backed-up and will get to it as soon as possible.
16.) Bob Fey requested that the detention pond near Precision Lube and Aldi needs to be Gleaned
out to allow the water to flow out of the pond.
J17) Chief Graff has a meeting next Wednesday with Mayflower Co.; the school bus service. He
asked Council to brim up any problems or complaints that they have had regarding the buses.
