. DISCUSSION ( IDENTIFY BY NUMBER)
1.) John Weber and Paul Stefenson from Pandolfi, Topolski, Weiss & Co. LTD presented the
April 30, 1991 Financial Statement, Trend Monitroing Report and Management Letter.
2.) Delene will investigate the possibility of reducing the petty cash fund.
3. ) Chief Graff spoke about the North Central Narcotic Task Force. There is a possility
that a Yorkville Police Officer could .join the force on part-time basis. He is Zather-
ing more ifnormation on the program. Council generally agreed that this is a program

5.) There was some discussion concerning Linda Fleckinger's vacation benefits. Chief Graff
will discuss this with Ron Dieterick and return to council with more information.
6.) Chief Graff spoke briefly regarding the Aurora Bicycle Club race. He has spoken with
other city officials regarding safety and other aspects.
7.) Chief Graff spoke regarding the Law Enforcement Television Network. He is still
pursuing the possibility of acquiring this program.
8.) Chief Graff passed out copies of a letter regarding the Collective Bargaining Unit
situation. It included some information regarding the position of sargeants in the unit
Negotiations with Dan Kramer and with the Bargaining Unit's attorney continue.
9.) Joe Moore and J.T. Johnson both passed the testing to receive their Class A Water
Treatment License.

10.) Aurora Blacktop has invited Yorkville Council Members to a Fish Fry on February 12 at a
VFW. Don Peck will get back to members with a specific time and location.
11.) Council decided that a lot in Countryside may have been taxed unfairly, but the owner

14.) There will be an Annexation Committee meeting at City Hall on February 11 at 4eQ p.m.
15.) Bill Baird is going to compile a tentative schedule for a town meeting_ Tt TATn„ld
possibly be held at the Beecher Center. Hopefully it will be held before the March 17
election.
16.) The health insurance company has notified the city of a 10.6% increase in rates for
this year.
