DISCUSSION ( IDENTIFY BY NUMBER) I-) Tim Sanders and Carol own+ treasurer and president of thp Ynrkville 1:- I11iC Library Board, came to discuss the tax levy and it's effect on the income the library will receive next year. THeir concerns will be discussed further when Dan Kramer is present for advisement, 2.) Don Peck informed the City that an Ordinance will have to be drafted to install a sto= s;gn on White Oak at Fox Rd 9.) Ideas were given as to how to inform the Dublic when there is a water line break such as there was on _Monday. Putting notices on doors, utilizing portable sirens on Rt. 47, and utilizing school district "phone trees" were a few of the ideas that will be looked into. 4.) Research is continuing_ 7.) The renewal notice for the workmen's compensation insurance has arrived and will be reviewed by Delene Drew. He will check with Dan Kramer to see of the policy needs council approval and RECOMMENDATIONS ( IDENTIFY BY SAME NUMBER AS ABOVE) to have Dan approve it. 10.) A personnel development committee will be formed to revise employee manual and deal with similar situations.
