that are being used, such as picketing the downtown area .
9) Acting Chief Sihpnallpr spoke with Anne Scholle and was told that in the
event that the acher ' s strike continues through October 11 all

11 ) The possibility of appealing the 1990 census was discussed . The
reasoning is that the inrrease in mntnr feel tax wrui1rl mnra than pay
for the cost of appeal , if the census is incorrect . Bob Fey will look
into this possibility further .

14) Pat Clark ref rr d to an occurence at the last Council meeting
remind everyone of the necessity to follow the proper rules of order
when makina or amending a motion.
15 ) As a result of a complaint from Bob Maykgy regarding skate boarders ,
the Council plans to look into the possibility of constructing some
type of area or recreation center where skaters could meet to skate
in a more controlled environment .
16 ) Arcing rhief Sibenalipr ' s payment for taking over the position will
be discussed at Council next week.
