No other specific changes were recommended. Motion for presentation to Council was asked by by Mayor Davidson. , 2) BEECHER - Thera was discussion about establiahing a sDeCial Checking account for _Beecher center Room Deposits received by the City when a room is booked It was agreed to have Attorney Kramer rn;;kp a resn1jition for his purpoge. 3) Recommendation to Council for Mayor to sign EPA PERMIT 4) Sewer development on Jackson St - Discussion concerning size (6 or 8") of nine and who should provide payment for development - City vs. developer. 5) Disc--it ion on erning waiver of fees of the sanitary district 6) Methodist Church narking - measurement necessary to find possible gains in parking area. Chief Diederich will pursue this measurement 7) Parking on Jefferson St. - mail boxes being blocked by parked cars 8) Claridge Property - possible solutions to rerouting sewer/water pipes; purchase of -Wollenwebhr property, possibly by a real estate agent will be looked into _9) Procedure concerning the hiring of police officers - discussion will continue after cost per person is looked into. 10)Rezoning of Countryside property to enable Zeiter/Dickson office Will go to Council as no problems were brought up by committee. 11) Fire Proof cabinets - will be donated to City. 12) Discussion concerning cable regulations - no present action. (OVER) lop RECOMMENDATIONS ( IDENTIFY 13Y SAME NUMBER AS ABOVE) 1) Pfister motion to recommend $2000 transfer from past golf outing revenues (general fund) to Park Board Fund, ,second by Bown. 5 "Aye" to one "lay"-- Carries. Bown motion to present budget as stands to Council next week, znd by unanimously. _4) Motion to pay for oversizing & manhole for present homes - does not carry. Motion to pay total cost or " pipe to east stem-t ar- tc Carr.ted w/3 Nay-S- 5) ist Bown, 2nd Small to waive fees of Sanitary District R 13) Alderman from Ward 2 will talk to party responsible for trash in alley behind Hardware Store. If no action follows, discussion with Attorney Kramer will follow. 14) ESDA ANTENNA - will not be allowed to put it on water tower. 15) Pat Clark, Fran & Mr. Storm met concerning the division of funds between park district and school System. Discussion will continue after further meetings. 16) Parking between school & Beecher —Funds aren't available to improve this area. 17) Beecher concern with parking on grass - discussion will continue after specifics are analyzed.
