2175 .
PC 96-5 Requesting rezoning from Co. Ag. and Co. Single Family
Residential R-3 to Service Business District B-3 zoning, with
Special Use to permit dispensing of gasoline at automobile gasoline
pumping station, together with a convenience store. That a
variation be permitted for front yard to 20 feet for the
