CountrTrside Center Subdivision T;,.e commission considered- five suggestions made by Tarr. Clarage on the preliminary plat submitted by Developer Robert Loftus at the September meeting. The suggestions are: 10 no arI>ing between_ curb anCt ',_ ildirg setback line; 2. placement of turn-a-round "lees" to allow cars to turn around when the parking area is filled; 3 . access to Center Parkway should be eliminated because of potential traffic hazards. Access can be acheived through interior circlalation. If access to Center Parkway is permitted, no more than one curb—Out should be allowed. R. #1 - Box 315 s Yorkville, Illinois 60560 RE: Yorkville Comprehensive Plan . Project No. JC-73-103 Dear Mr. Anderson: we have begun work on the first stage of the Yorkville Compre- hensive Plan. The work done in this stage will provide the City . with a basic framework to assist in making future plans. Stage I will be basically a period of collecting and organizing data. Our services will consist of the following: 1. Prepare Street and Topo Base Map showing lh mile planning area, major natural and man-made features and corporate limits--this to be used in mapping all additional pertinent a info. f 2. Prepare Street and Topo Base Map showing the above informa-- ' tion, but limited to the area of the corporate unit and immediate environs--this to be used for mapping all addi- tional pertinent info and conducting detailed downtown studies. 3. Conduct soil condition, flood plain and natural resource- studies to determine limitations of future developmemt. 4. Conduct land use survey to help establish future growth patterns 5. Monthly presentation to City Plan Commission of work { A completed.
