New Business :
Request of Bob Loftus to rezone 3 lots of the old Hives property
from Duplex to Multiple. Flans are to build 2 - four unit buildings,
and 1 - Six unit building, 2 bedrooms each, with a tennis couTt
and parking for twenty-eight cars. After di'smssion, Plan Co—ission
voted on request. Four no, Two yes, to recd—end denial'-to City
Council. Reasons for denial, too high a density, and si-ilar request
for adjacent property was also denied.
With me-bars of Zoning Board and City Council in attendance, the *+ajor
points of the new toning ordinance were discussed with Charles Kincaid .
