Resolution 2006-033 STATE OF ILLINOIS ) )ss COUNTY OF KENDALL ) RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 33 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLATS OF SUBDIVISION FOR GRANDE RESERVE UNIT 14 WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkvi�le has considered a Petition to approve the Preliminary and Final Plats of Subdivision for the Grande Reserve Subdivision, Unit 14; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has received a positive recommendation from the Plan Commission of the United City of Yorkville recommending approval of said Preliminary and Final Plats of Subdivision; and NOW THEREFORE, upon Motion duly made, seconded and approved by the majority of those members of the City Council voting, the following action is hereby taken by the City Council of the United City of Yorkville: 1. The Preliminary and Final Plats of Subdivision for the Grande Reserve Subdivision, Unit 14 are approved subject to staff comments, staff review, and legal review and all appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute same.
