RESOLUTION NO. 2006- L- APPROVING THE REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAN
OF SUBDIVISION FOR
BAILEY MEADOWS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has considered a
Petition to approve the Revised Preliminary Plan of Subdivision for the Bailey Meadows
Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has received a positive
recommendation from the Plan Commission of the United City of Yorkville
recommending approval of said Revised Preliminary Plan of Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the criteria of the City Compensatory
Storage Ordinance required to modify the compensatory storage ratio have been met.
NOW THEREFORE, upon Motion duly made, seconded and approved by the
majority of those members of the City Council voting, the following action is hereby

taken by the City Council of the United City of Yorkville:
1. The Revised Preliminary Plan of Subdivision for the Bailey Meadows
Subdivision, is approved and all appropriate City officials are hereby authorized

to execute same subject to staff comments and legal review.
