Ordinance 1950-60A Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village, of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois:- Section 1. That Section 3 of an ordinance pertaining to sale of alcoholic liquors passed August 11, 1947 be and. the same is here- by amended to read;. as follows:- "Section 3, That from and-after the date and due publi- cation hereof the permissible hours for sale of alcoholic liquors shall be as follows: Monday to Saturday follow- . ing both inclusive, 7 o' clock A. _M. to 12 o' clock Mid- night, and the time as given shall be central standard time , unless so called daylight -saving time shall be in . use in the Village of Yorkville, by virtue of anjordinance ol-resolution of such village, in which case such time shall apply. Section 2. Any violator hereof shall bed punished and fined as provided in Section 9 of the ordinance of which this is an amendment . Passed this 11 day ,of' July, A. M: to 12 o'clock Midnight,and the time as given shall be central standard .time, unless so called daylight saving time shall be in use in the Village of Yorkville, by virtue of any ordinance or re- solution of such village, in which case such time shall apply.
