Ordinance 1950-60A Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village, of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois:-
Section 1. That Section 3 of an ordinance pertaining to sale
of alcoholic liquors passed August 11, 1947 be and. the same is here-
by amended to read;. as follows:-
"Section 3, That from and-after the date and due publi-
cation hereof the permissible hours for sale of alcoholic
liquors shall be as follows: Monday to Saturday follow- .
ing both inclusive, 7 o' clock A. _M. to 12 o' clock Mid-
night, and the time as given shall be central standard
time , unless so called daylight -saving time shall be in .
use in the Village of Yorkville, by virtue of anjordinance
ol-resolution of such village, in which case such time
shall apply.
Section 2. Any violator hereof shall bed punished and fined as
provided in Section 9 of the ordinance of which this is an amendment .
