BE IT ORDAINED By the -?resident and Board of Trustees
of the Village- o f Yorkville, Kendall. County, Illinois:
Section 1. No roerson shall drive , propel, or operate
any vehicle of any kind, including Motor vehicles and tractors ,
upon -any street or alley in the Village of Yorkville, Kendall
County, Illinois , at w speed greater than is reasonable and
proper having regard to the traffic and use of the street or
alley or so as to endanger the life or limb or injure the prod?-
erty of any person.
Section 2. No person shall within the Village of
Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois , drive, propel , or operate
any vehicle of any kind, including motor vehicles ana tractors ,
who is an habitual user of narcotic drugs , or who is unaer the
influence of alcoholic or intoxicating liquors.
Section 3. No person shall within the Village of
Yorkville, Xendall County, Illinois, drive , propel , or operate
or leave parked, or unattended , any vehicle , including motor
vehicles and tractors , with a wilful or a wanton disregard for
the safety of persons or property.
Section 4. Any violation ox ' this ordinance shall be.

Section b. The invalidity of any section hereof or
portion of a section shall not affect the validity of the oalance
of said ordinance.
Secti on 7. This orainance shall be in full force and
effect from ana a.fter its due passage and 'publication as required
by law.
