SECTION 1. TTo person `s7iall be permitted to solicit any alms,
donations or sell tags:. > in any stxeet, alley or public ground in

SECTION 2 . Any person violating any of the provisions of this
' ordinance shall be fineq not less than Two Dollars ($2.00) nor more

then Ten dollars ($-10.00) for each offense.
SECTIOPI 3. This ordinance shall be in full force upon its pae-
sage and. approval.
