RESOLUTION NO. 2006-
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAN
FOR
PROPERTY COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE WAL -MART PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has considered a
Petition to approve the Preliminary Plan for the parcel commonly referred to as the
I
Wal -mart property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has received a positive
recommendation from the Plan Commission of the United City of Yorkville
recommending approval of said Preliminary Plan; and
NOW THEREFORE, upon Motion duly made, seconded and approved by the
majority of those members of the City Council voting, the following action is hereby
taken by the City Council of the United City of Yorkville:
I
1. The Preliminary Plan for the Wal -mart Property is approved as presented
subject to staff comments and all appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to execute same.
