PC 2005-57 -Belinda Lies, Hendra Conrad and Faith Unlimited, Inc., petitioners,have filed an
application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois requesting rezoning from
United City of Yorkville "O" Office District to United City of Yorkville "O" Office District with a
Special Use for a daycare. The real property is located at Northwest corner of John Street and
Cannonball Trail in the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois.

Subject: Caledonia(Unit 1)—Final Plat Approval
The final plat for the entire Caledonia development was previously approved by the Plan
Commission and City Council. At that time Inland was the developer. The property has
since been sold to Wyndham Deerpoint Homes, which is developing it in phases. The plat
of subdivision scheduled for Plan Commission review on February 8, 2006 is identical to
the previously approved plat of subdivision with two exceptions:
1) The developer is now Wyndham Deerpoint Homes.
2) The plat is for only a portion of the overall development.
I recommend that the Plan Commission and City Council approve the final plat of
subdivision for Caledonia Unit 1.

Kendall County,Illinois.
Dear Mr.Wywrot:
We have reviewed the Final Plat for the referenced Caledonia Subdivision prepared by SPACECO, Inc.,
containing 3 sheets under the surveyor's signature and seal dated December 5,2005 and offer the following
comment:
1. This plat is a portion of the overall Final Plat of Caledonia Subdivision that has previously been
recommended for approval by the Plan Commission. All lots and rights of way are identical and
appropriate off-site easement documents have been prepared for acceptance by the City for
connections to existing City utilities.
We recommend that the Plan Commission offer a positive recommendation to the city Council for approval
of this first unit of Caledonia Subdivision.
