Resolution 2006-095 STATE OF ILLINOIS ) )ss COUNTY OF KENDALL ) RESOLUTION NO. 2006- RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR Kendall Marketplace WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has considered a Petition to approve the Final Plat of Subdivision for the Kendall Marketplace Subdivision, Unit 1; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has received a positive recommendation from the Plan Commission of the United City of Yorkville recommending approval of said Final Plat of Subdivision; and NOW THEREFORE, upon Motion duly made, seconded and approved by the majority of those members of the City Council voting, the following action is hereby taken by the City Council of the United City of Yorkville: The Final Plat of Subdivision for the Kendall Marketplace Subdivision, Unit 1 is approved as presented and all appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute same subject to staff review and conditioned on adjustments consistent with legal and staff review.
