RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY /FINAL PLAT
OF SUBDIVISION FOR
Menard's Commercial Commons Fifth Addition
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has considered a
Petition to approve the Preliminary /Final Plat of Subdivision for the Menard's
Commercial Commons Subdivision, Fifth Addition; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has received a positive
recommendation from the Plan Commission of the United City of Yorkville
recommending approval of said Preliminary/Final Plat of Subdivision; and
NOW THEREFORE, upon Motion duly made, seconded and approved by the
majority of those members of the City Council voting, the following action is hereby
taken by the City Council of the United City of Yorkville:
The Preliminary /Final Plat of Subdivision for the Menard's Commercial Commons
Subdivision, Fifth Addition is approved as presented and all appropriate City
officials are hereby authorized to execute same subject to staff review and
conditioned on adjustments consistent with the staff review.
