filed an application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois
seeking a variance to the Zoning Ordinance Section 10-7C-4B1 Side Yards: reducing
the required thirty feet (30') setback on Bell Street to five feet (5') and Bridge Street
to sixteen feet (16'); Zoning Ordinance Section 10-7C-4 Yard Areas: reducing the
required thirty feet(30') setback for a structure along Bridge Street to twenty-one
(21'); and Zoning Ordinance Section 10-3-5 Accessory Buildings: reducing the
requirement of an accessory building to be ten feet(10') from a principal structure to
six feet (6'). The property is located at 504 South Bridge Street, Yorkville, Kendall
County, Illinois.
