RESOLUTION NO. 2005 - sA_
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT
OF SUBDIVISION FOR
WHISPERING MEADOWS UNITS 3 & 4
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has considered a
Petition to approve the Final Plat of Subdivision for the Whispering Meadows
Subdivision, Units 3 & 4; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has received a positive
recommendation from the Plan Commission of the United City of Yorkville
recommending approval of said Final Plat of Subdivision.
NOW THEREFORE, upon Motion duly made, seconded and approved by the
majority of those members of the City Council voting, the following action is hereby
taken by the City Council of the United City of Yorkville:
The Final Plats of Subdivision for Whispering Meadows Subdivision, Units 3 & 4,
are approved and all appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute
same subject to legal and staff review and conditioned on adjustments consistent
with the staff review.
