RESOLUTION NO. 2005-
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY /FINAL PLAT
OF SUBDIVISION FOR
XPAC PROPERTY
(NW Corner of Cannonball Trail and Route 47)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has considered a
Petition to approve the Preliminary /Final Plat of Subdivision for the XPAC property
located at the NW corner of Cannonball Trail and Route 47; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of Yorkville has received a positive
recommendation from the Plan Commission of the United City of Yorkville
recommending approval of said Preliminary /Final Plat of Subdivision; and
NOW THEREFORE, upon Motion duly made, seconded and approved by the
majority of those members of the City Council voting, the following action is hereby
taken by the City Council of the United City of Yorkville:
The Preliminary /Final Plat of Subdivision for the XPAC property located at the NW
Corner of Cannonball Trail and Route 47 is approved subject to staff review and
adjustments consistent with such review and all appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute same.
