Water Works System Planning Map 6. Transportation Planning Report—Roadway Network 7. Prairie Parkway map These maps being sent to you,the Plan Commission and City Council as resources for your use. They reflect certain studies that the City Yorkville-Bristol Sanitary District and IDOT have completed for the area. We hope they will aid the Plan Commission and City Council members in preparing for their discussion at the joint meeting next Wednesday. The primary purpose of this meeting is for the Plan Commission and City Council members to share with us any of their thoughts and vision for growth and development for the project area. This project area covers the undeveloped land south of the river to just south of Caton Farm Road. To that end, there will be a brief introduction and project overview given by myself and Mark Baker of SEC Planning, with the balance of the meeting being devoted to receiving thoughts from the Plan Commission and City Council. Hearing your thoughts and visions on growth for this area is a very important and critical step in our process of creating the Updated Comprehensive Plan. We are looking forward to hearing your ideas. Following this meeting, we will use the information, along with other data we are gathering, and incorporate it into our land use recommendations. Between 45 and 60 days after the Page 1 of 2 we will thenpresent an initial draft of the Land Use Plananother joint meeting meeting, at e o nt of the Plan Commission and City Council. If you or any members of the Plan Commission or City Council have any questions prior to the meeting, please do not hesitate to call.
