Ordinance 2005-074 STATE OF ILLINOIS ) ss COUNTY OF KENDALL ) ORDINANCE No. 2005 - 1 t A ORDINANCE ADOPTING A MAP AMENDING AN AREA IN THE NORTHWEST PORTION OF THE CURRENT COMREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN FOR THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the United City of Yorkville has duly published notice for and has held a Public Hearing for public review and comment on an amendment in the form of a Map of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan for a portion of the Northwest Area of the United City of Yorkville (hereinafter "Amendment Map "); and WHEREAS, the City Planner, Schoppe Design Associates, as well as City Staff, Plan Commission, and City Council acting as a Committee of the Whole all on behalf of the United City of Yorkville have all had substantial input into the creation of the Amendment Map; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the United City of Yorkville deem it to be in the best interest of the City to provide for orderly growth and planning for future growth for the United City of Yorkville: NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE, upon Motion duly made, seconded and approved by a majority of those so voting that the City hereby adopts and does make official the an amendment in the form of a map ( "Amendment Map ") to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan for a portion of the Northwest of the United City of Yorkville, said Amendment Map being attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" as more fully set forth in full therein, until said Comprehensive Plan is modified or updated as required under the Illinois Compiled Statutes.
