Previous Meeting Minutes: Meeting minutes from 4/5, 4/7, 4128, 612 were approved.
Second by Putzler..
Communications: The Commission received a letter from Robbie Hart dated 6/5/03
accepting the conditional offer of employment. Medical and eye exams will be set up.
Stanard & Associates (providers of written exam for new applicants) sent letter regarding
their other services.
Bills for Payment: $100 Theodore &Assoc for Sarah Cernekee polygraph.
Unfinished Business: None
New Business: Putzler moved to go into executive session for the purposes of
considering the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or
dismissal of specific employees at 7:15p.m.

Out of executive session at 7:45p.,m., no formal action was taken.
Jensen moved to strike Kevin Sisk from the list because of failure to pass the background.
Second by Putzler.

Jensen moved to strike Peggy Hopkins from the list because of failure to pass the
background. Second by Putzler.

The Commission requested that Powers draft a letter of dismissal from the list fbr Sisk
and Hopkins.
Putzler,moved to offer Cherese Spears a conditional offer of employment. Second by
Jensen.

Another meeting will be scheduled to discuss applicant Hart after he successfully
completes his medical and eye exam,
