RECOMMENDATIONS: 1 . Recommend that the Zoning Ordinal cerbe iamended-i,
to include the operation of a car wash under the "B-3"
classification.
2 . Recommend that, provided all other City require-
ments are met, that =a -building permit be issued on said car
washproperty, but that said permit be temporary pending
receipt of the return of the approved FPA permits (over),
