Fire and Police Commission Minutes 2002 02-10-02Board of Fire and Police Commission Meeting Minutes 02-10-02 Meeting called to order 1:15pm.APPROVED Roll Call: Chairman Johnson Commissioner Jensen Commissioner Putzler Guest: Chief Martin Minutes approved for 02-04-02 Communications: Letter for the Fire and Police Commission urging us to contact a senator in regards to fire applicants Senate Bill 718. The discussion of the commission was that since it only pertained to the Fire Dept. not to police that we would draft a letter and send it to our Senator. Bills for Payment: None Old Business: Oral Interviews scheduled for Saturday February 23,2002 8:00am and on Monday February 25, 2002 6:30pm. Monday March 4,2002 6:30pm a meeting was scheduled to finalize the initial list and conditional offers of employment. Oral Interviews for Lieutenants and Sergeants were discussed. Upon completion of the written orals will be set up. A review of the applicant rating forms was completed along with the rating forms for the Lieutenants and Sergeants. Meeting adjourned 3:45pm.
