Library Board Minutes 1982 09-09-82The Library Board met Monday, August 9, 1982 at the library. Roll call was taken. Those absent were Ti. Behrens, M. Ellis , C . Gardner, and M. J. Gardner. The minutes were read and approved. The Treasurer' s report was riven. A motion to pay the bills was made by Jennings and seconded by Middleton. loll call vote was taken. All were in favor. The annual book sale will be at Countryside Center on riday and Saturday, .ugust 13 and 1L. Legality of selling shelving without bidding was brought up. Thomas brought up the purchase of a copy machine for the library. Hero:_ had made a proposal with a greatly re- duced price on its Model 3100. The total price of the machine is '2 ,795. 00 with option of mainten ice plans. Tull service agreement would cost ,:550 per year. Limited service would cost ti„350 per year.
