The meeting was called to order at 9:05 a.m. by chairman Storm at the
Yorkville Public Library.
Members Present: Bown, Storm
Members Absent: Sanders

Subjects Proposed: See attached agenda
Subjects Discussed: Performance of personnel and possible raises
Recommendations:
1) Michelle Pfister
a) Increase hours per week to a standard of 40. This can be
implemented gradually but should be accomplished by January when
performance reviews and raises will be reviewed.
b) In January, consider upgrading Michelle's position to Assistant
Director/Children's Librarian at a yearly salary to be effective
in the new budget year.
c) Increase Michelle's present salary to $7.00 per hour Poll

2) Cathy Ekwinski
a) Schedule for a minimum of 20 hours per week to continue
eligibility for IMRF
b) In January, consider possible fringe benefits such as tuition
reimbursement.
c) Increase Cathy's present salary to $4.55 per hour

Page 1---classification for those presently our "High School"
