Ordinance No. 2020-37 AN ORDINANCE OF THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE,KENDALL COUNTY,ILLINOIS, APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT ABROGATION WHEREAS,the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois (the "City") is a duly organized and validly existing non-home rule municipality created in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970 and the laws of this State; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council approved a Plat of Subdivision for Lot 1 of the Kendall Marketplace Re-Subdivision providing for certain easements upon Lots 103, 106, 107, 101 and 110 which Plat of Re-Subdivision was recorded with the Kendall County on January 9, 2020, as Document No. 202000001356; and, WHEREAS,the City has received a proposal for the development of Lot 1 of the Kendall Marketplace Re-Subdivision which does not require any easements as recorded in 2020 and therefore said easements are to be abrogated as hereinafter provided. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, that the Plat of Abrogation, attached hereto and made a part hereof abrogating certain easements recorded upon Lots 103, 106, 107, 101 and 110 of Lot 1 Kendall Marketplace Re-Subdivision, is hereby approved. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately from and after its passage and approval according to law.
