Tower Ordinance - Dan was suppose to put toget. er an ordinance with some recommendations but we did not get i in tim for this meeting. Tabled. 2.) YBSD Agreement - We did receive two memos One said we we collected more then enough to cover our C st aid one said came up short 19,000. We need to make .sure we are collecting enough money t cover our cost. Procha feel ,ible party l only pay YBSD hat we receive. It is v.r�y p or all of the 19,000 is uncollectable money. The $19,00 is sewer fees onl Kim and Lou Ann went through it by :hand to get a correct figures. Prochaska would :like to sugge ='l: to YBL� only. Scheffrahn suggest that the City continua to deep there fees to help regain the amount of money that has been (lost over the years and because we are so far in the hole. Spang suggest walking in and telling them that we will not do their billing any longer. Then let YBSD come back t us with an of:`er. Mayor Johnson suggest going in with an offer. Let yRjD know that it is costing us money to do their billing and we can no continue to do it at a cost to the City. Mayor Johnson would like to try to keep a good relationship with YBSD. Mayor Johnson thinks we should meet with YBSD on'Mondaj. Spang does W like the relationship with YBSD and thinks we should end it completely.
