For items required to be bid the estimate of cost must be submitted prior to submittal of required bidding documents. Authorizations will be made based on the resolution and/or the approved contract/acceptance/material quotations documents. The maintenance expenditure statement must be submitted within 3 months of the end of the maintenance period. Maintenance resolutions and estimates submitted for future maintenance periods after that date will not be processed until the delinquent maintenance expenditure statement has been submitted. The supplemental Municipal Estimate of Maintenance Costs for $205,200.00 was approved on July 20, 2023. This maintenance program is approved with the understanding that any claims for labor and equipment for day labor and routine maintenance will be on file and available for compliance review by Local Roads and Streets and for audit by the Bureau of Investigations and Compliance. Authorization to expend an additional $205,200.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for maintenance for this section has been approved and should appear on the city's next Motor Fuel Tax transaction detail.
