A RESOLUTION OF THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE,
KENDALL COUNTY, ILLINOIS APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS
WHEREAS, the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois (the "City") is a duly
organized and validly existing non -home rule municipality created in accordance with the
Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970 and the laws of the State; and,
WHEREAS, the City has undertaken a water system renewal initiative in preparation for
its transition to Lake Michigan water and in order to proceed with the renewal system it is
necessary to replace all deteriorated water mains (the "Water Main Replacement Program") in the
City; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Water Main Replacement Program should in
incorporated into its WIFIA loan program and therefore the City is required to make several
submittals as hereinafter itemized (the "Change Orders") to comply with the requirements of the
WIFIA loan program; and
WHEREAS, the City is prepared to submit the Change Orders for Contracts A and B as
required because it has been determined to be in the best interest of the City to include all costs to
be incurred in connection with its Watermain Replacement Program in the WIFIA loan program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the United
City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing preambles are hereby incorporated in this Resolution as the
findings of the Corporate Authorities.
Section 2. The Corporate Authorities hereby approve and authorize the following Change
Orders to be included in the application for the WIFIA loan program:
