Dwyer- Country Hills Grading plan The preliminary plan and traffic study for the Dwyer subdivision was discussed. The Committee discussed the possibility of changing some of the duplex zoning to single family zoned areas. They also discussed increasing the area of the Cult -De -Sac's for ease of plowing in the winter. 2. Fee Structure Chairman Baker asked the Committee about putting together a fee structure for what is needed before going to the planning and zoning commission for the review of the plans. When the plans are reviewed by the engineers, the developers will be charged for the plans. Chairman Baker informed the Committee that this form will be something to give the developers before they go to the commission for approval. Chief Graff informed the Committee that by July 6, 1994 he will have a plan for all city charges that will be assessed to all developers and property owners. 3. Acre lots The Committee discussed making an Ordinance regarding easements on acre lots outside the City. These Rural Estates will be on i septic and well systems. The Committee discussed the possibility of these Rural Estates eventually having City water. This Ordinance would state that developers would have to install the easements initially, to prevent having to do it after the fact. I 4. The next meeting of the Economic Growth and Development Committee will be on Wednesday July 6, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. at Yorkville City Hall. i i i I I I �- I I I i
