1. PC 2008 -05 Cross Evangelical Lutheran Church, petitioner, has filed an application with the
United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, requesting a special use, annexation and
zoning from Kendall County Farm special Use to R -2, Special Use for a day care center. The
real property consists of 25 acres, located at 7481 Mill Road, Oswego, Illinois, 60543.
