Public Hearings
1. PZC 2026-01 Comprehensive Plan Update, United City of Yorkville, petitioner, is proposing to
amend the Yorkville Comprehensive Plan, including a modified future land use map, pursuant to
Section 11-12-7 of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/11-12-7) and Section 9-1-1 of the
Yorkville City Code.
2. PZC 2026-03 C1 Yorkville, LLC, petitioner, has submitted applications to the United City of
Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois for special use authorization for a major amendment to an existing
Planned Unit Development (PUD) and preliminary PUD Plan approval for approximately 228 acres
referred to as the Cyrus One CHI-11 data center campus.
