Public Hearings:
1. PC 2005 -19 - Woodlands, Inc. and Meadowbrook Homes, Inc., petitioners, have filed an
application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois requesting .
annexation to the United City of Yorkville and rezoning from Kendall County A -1 to
United City of Yorkville containing R -2 One - Family Residence District. The real
property consists of approximately 161.5 acres one - quarter mile west of intersection of
Route 71 and Route 47, and the north side of Route 71, in Kendall County, Illinois.
2. PC 2005 -52 - Herb and Pam Kleinwachter and Old Second National Bank Trust 8051,
petitioners, have proposed to annex to the United City of Yorkville and rezone from
Kendall County A -1 Agricultural to United City of Yorkville B -3 Service Business
District and R -2 One - Family Residence District and for hearing as to the Annexation
Agreement of Petitioner. In addition, the petitioners request a special use daycare center
permitted by section 10 -7D -2. The real property consists of approximately 9.81 acres
located on Route 47 south of Legion Road and north of Ament Road, Kendall Township,
Kendall County, Illinois.

the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois requesting annexation to the

Yorkville Planned Unit Development containing R -2 One - Family Residence District, and
B -3 Service Business District. The real property consists of approximately 514 acres east
of Route 47 and South of Ament Road in Kendall County, Illinois.
