(WHEREUPON, the following

follows:)
CHAIRMAN VINYARD: There is one public

Zoning Commission meeting. The purpose of these
hearings is to invite testimony from members of
the public regarding the proposed requests that
are being considered before this commission
tonight.
Public testimony from persons
present who wish to speak may be for or against
the request or just to ask questions of the
petitioner regarding items being heard.
Once all of the public hearings on
tonight's agenda are closed, the commissioners
will deliberate on their vote and vote on their

hearing.
Those persons wishing to testify are

to sign in at the podium.
If you plan to speak during
tonight's public hearing as a petitioner or as a
member of the public, please stand, raise your
right hand, and repeat after me. Anybody?
(Witness sworn.)
CHAIRMAN VINYARD: So normally I would
go into some rules to make sure everything is
nice and orderly, but you look like a nice
orderly lady, so do I have that correct?
MS. PLEVA: Most days, yes.
CHAIRMAN VINYARD: All right. Very
good. Okay. So, listen, at any time during this
the commissioners may ask you some questions. We
will try to keep it as short and sweet.
So the order of receiving testimony
will be the petitioner's presentation followed by
those who wish to speak in favor or opposition of
the request.
So may I have a motion to open the
public hearing on Petition number PZC 2026-16?
It's a variance request for the property located
at 2 02 Wolf Street.
COMMISSIONER WILLIAMS: So moved.
