Personnel Committee Meeting
Monday, June 8, 2026 6:00pm

The Personnel Committee meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Chairwoman Theron Garcia.
Roll Call of Committee Members:
Ryan Forristall-yes, Theron Garcia-yes, Sharon Mix-yes, Keri Pesola-yes
Absent: Wendy Gatz
Others Present: None
Recognition of Visitors: No visitors
Public Comment: None
New Business:
Director's Annual Performance Evaluation
The purpose of this meeting was to continue discussion of the Director's annual performance evaluation.
Executive Session:
Chairwoman Garcia made a motion at 6:00pm to enter into Executive Session and read the reason as follows:
For the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific
employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a
complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to
determine its validity. Ms. Pesola seconded the motion. Roll call: Forristall-yes, Garcia-yes, Mix-yes,
Pesola-yes. Carried 4-0. The Session began at 6:01pm.
At the conclusion of the Executive Session at 6:38pm, the Committee returned to the regular session of the
Personnel Committee meeting.
New Business cont.
Chairman Garcia said the Director's evaluation had been completed and will be presented to the full Board for
their approval at the meeting tonight.
There was no further business and the meeting was adjourned at 6:39pm on a motion by Ms. Garcia.
Unanimous voice vote for adjournment.
