Public Hearings:
1. Crestview Builders, Inc., petitioner, has filed an application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall
County, Illinois, requesting an amendment to the Annexation Agreement and Planned Unit Development
dated July 12, 2005, and the Amendment to the Annexation Agreement and Planned Unit Development
dated December 18, 2007. The real property consists of approximately 60 acres located south of
Veterans Parkway and along Cannonball Trail, Yorkville, Illinois.
