a. Ordinance Authorizing the Third Amendment to the Annual Budget of the United City of
Yorkville, for the Fiscal Year Commencing on May 1, 2026 and Ending on April 30, 2027
b. Ordinance authorizing and providing for an installment purchase agreement for the purpose
of financing the costs of certain water system capital projects in and for the United City of
Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, and authorizing and providing for the issuance of a
not to exceed $35,000,000 debt certificate, Series 2026B, of said City evidencing the rights
to payment under such agreement, prescribing the details of the agreement and certificate,
providing security for and means of payment under the agreement of the certificate, and
authorizing the execution and delivery of a continuing covenants agreement and other
documents related thereto.
