Public Hearings
1. PZC 2026-09 K-9 to Life Dog Grooming, Miranda Munns, petitioner, has filed an application with
the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, requesting special use authorization to operate
a dog grooming business within the “B Street” Downtown Overlay District, on an approximately
0.23-acre parcel zoned B-1 Local Business District, generally located north of West Madison Street,
east of South Main Street, south of West Van Emmon Street, and west of South Bridge Street (U.S
Route 47), commonly known as 111 W. Madison Street – Unit F.
2. PZC 2026-07 Cannabis Dispensary – Good Behavior, Kevin Bethyo, of Prairie Retail Holdings,
LLC, petitioner, has filed an application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois,
requesting special use authorization for a cannabis dispensary business within the B-3 General
Business District for an approximately 0.93-acre parcel generally located west of South Bridge Street
(U.S Route 47), south of Stagecoach Trail (U.S Route 71), and along Saravanos Drive.
