The Public Works facility is moving along and staff is on track for a summer transition to the building. 7. ADM 2026-23 Resolution Approving a Lease Agreement with Marco Technologies LLC for Copiers Mr. Fredrickson said the city currently has a 3 year contract with Marco and this resolution would extend that to 5 years. A refresh of all 10 copiers would be done city-wide and no issues have occurred. The current contract cost is $2,680 monthly and the new cost would be $2,605 and was bid through a cooperative. Marie Murrell was on Zoom and available for questions. This moves to the regular agenda with committee approval. 9. The highlighted positions are new positions for 2027 and will be posted in the new FY. Other municipalities were surveyed to ensure the city was competitive. Some of the new positions are in response to the expected data centers and the inspectors will be offset with permit fees.
